No, legitimate recruitment agencies in Nigeria should charge candidates for job placement upfront. Most times, the hiring company pays us the fees on the candidate, or we charge the candidate after  a successful hired. 

How much do we get per placement?

The standard way to define our service fee is a percentage of an employee's first-year salary. For example, we may charge 20%-40% of the first-year salary to find the right candidate.

We can negotiate the terms of a contingency recruiting agreement, including the fee percentage, payment timeline, and guarantee period. We offer a guarantee period, typically 30 to 90 days, during which we will replace you at no additional cost if the initial hire doesn't work out

Do recruiters get a cut of your pay?

No, our agency does not take a cut of your salary once you have finished paying our fees.
